address to a P.O. box will not be fulfilled.
Orders out of the United States, (Alaska and Hawaii) will be
charged shipping based upon weight.

APO & FPO orders require shipment via USPS and may require extra

RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final unless otherwise approved by NutritionPlanet.com.
If you have any problems with an order, you must contact NutritionPlanet.com
within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to due so may wave a complete
refund. A 1 5% restocking
fee plus freight will be
charged unless otherwise approved by NutritionPlanet.com.
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to NutritionPlanet.com
within 24 hours or receipt. (Read below)
DAMAGE

will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the
merchandise and box. We will then give you credit for the amount of
any confirmed damage. NutritionPlanet.com
is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments
due to customer error or shipping company error. All orders will be
insured and all charges will apply.
OUT-OF-STOCK
PRODUCT POLICY
NutritionPlanet.com
will remove out-of-stock
products from
customer invoice
and packing list prior to printing and fulfillment of order.
Your credit card will be credited the difference or charged shipping
