ORDERING

Currently, orders will be taken by e-mail and fax. Customers may order at any time. Orders will be charged to credit card (AMEX, DISC, VISA, and Mastercard) unless alternate payment information is provided.

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
$150.00 and over = FREE
$75.00 to $150.00 = $8.50
$75.00 and under
= $5.50

WE ARE NOT SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AT THIS TIME.
Orders with a shipping address to a P.O. box will not be fulfilled.

Orders out of the United States, (Alaska  and Hawaii) will be charged shipping based upon weight
. Your credit card can and will be charged for all appropriate charges.
APO & FPO orders require shipment via USPS and may require extra charges.

PACKING

All orders will be packed to NutritionPlanet.com specifications regarding tape, filler, and box size selection. Any special considerations must be approved by NutritionPlanet.com and may result in additional fees.

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by NutritionPlanet.com. If you have any problems with an order, you must contact NutritionPlanet.com within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to due so may wave a complete refund. 15% restocking fee plus freight will be charged unless otherwise approved by NutritionPlanet.com.
Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to NutritionPlanet.com within 24 hours or receipt. (Read below)

DAMAGE CONTROL

We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then give you credit for the amount of any confirmed damage. NutritionPlanet.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments due to customer error or shipping company error. All orders will be insured and all charges will apply.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCT POLICY

NutritionPlanet.com will remove out-of-stock products from customer invoice and packing list prior to printing and fulfillment of order. Your credit card will be credited the difference or charged shipping according to  NutritionPlanet.com shipping policy.
